🍫 Simple Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 cup sugar (or brown sugar)
½ cup vegetable oil (sunflower or coconut oil)
2 eggs
1 cup cow milk (or dairy-free milk like almond or oat milk)
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 tsp natural vanilla (alcohol-free)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and line a baking pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
3. In another bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined (don’t overmix).
5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
